Coverage is a computation serving as evidence that the data acquisition has been performed and the project area has been completely covered. The covered area is represented in a gray-scale value in the local coordinate system, taking into account the flight path (real time solution) and the orientation of the scanner (via IMU data). Coverage does not include any elevation data. The visualization is effected in georeferenced Tif format (5 m raster, area 10 km x 10 km per file) in digital form or as a hardcopy printout.

It is possible to extract cross and trans sections at any location from the elevation model.

Section 1:  section taken at right angles to the highway, at the sloping sides

Section 2: section taken at right angles to a highway bridge over the road

Section 3: section taken lengthwise of the highway

Section 4: section taken at right angles to the highway with noise protection embankment running parallel to the highway
